Wiring/ connectors
Best place to get correct connectors to build harnesses or repair dpo issues ?? Also what gauge wire is required?

Harnesses are 18 gauge stranded.

Thrownchain, I suggest you contact fellow club member, Roger Karen in Utah, whom is building wiring harness,s for various models, he has a lot of info on wiring needed and parts and pieces needed to make things work correctly, His phone number is 1--435--994-0534, e-mail address; [email protected]. What I have are several ignition assemblies with cut wires that need to be returned to stock. If I could send them out to be done that would work, if not I can do it myself as long as I can get the correct parts.

Thrown. I use cycle terminal. They provide kits or you can order bulk. Up to you. The kits provide plenty of male & female bullet connectors and also some double & triple female connectors as well. And I use a needle nose to punch first and then wire stripper pliers to exact more force on the crimp location. They work very well!
